We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your order is marked as delivered.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • opened items
  • used products
  • skincare products that have been opened
  • beauty masks that have been unsealed
  • any cosmetic item that has been used or tampered with

This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of products for all customers.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund:

  • your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • the order must have been purchased directly from Glowmera
  • proof of purchase may be required

In some cases, we may request photos of the item received to assist with the refund process.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging if applicable

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
